The visionary behind some of Miami’s hottest bars and restaurants including ViceVersa, Jaguar Sun, and Sunny’s, will be slinging his signature drinks behind the bar at Starlite. With accolades including Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards and recognition from the MICHELIN Guide under his belt, Will brings his expertise in chic cocktails and fabulous nightlife that will transport you to the 305.

On the menu for the evening is the Fino Martini, an alluring gin martini made with clarified passionfruit pulp; the Very Strong Baby, made with Uruapan Charanda from Michoacán, Mexico and sweet red vermouth from Italy; and the Green Ghoul, a poblano-infused concoction perfected with fresh cucumber and lime.

Celebrate the trailblazers of the cocktail industry as we welcome some of the most innovative guest bartenders to take over the bar at Starlite. Savor iconic cocktails, move to vinyl beats, and take in stunning views of San Francisco and our Bar Stars series.

Join the club—Yacht Club, Denver’s anti-club club—for one night only at Starlite. Owners Mary Allison Wright and McLain Hedges, most recently nominated for “Outstanding Professionals in Cocktail Service” by the James Beard Foundation Awards, will be stepping behind the bar at Starlite to make their most beloved cocktails. The two music industry veterans turned hospitality professionals opened Yacht Bar, “part progressive cocktail bar, part natural wine bar, and everyone’s favorite dive bar,” in Denver to much acclaim in 2021. Since then, their service and cocktails alike have been celebrated globally by the Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards and North America’s 50 Best Bars.
