Science Playland without the Kids

The Exploratorium is a Hand-On Science Museum on the Embarcadero in San Francisco. By day it’s an incredible kid-fest, where little hands can test motion, light, color, building materials and utter geekness but in the absolute coolest way.

But on Thursday nights… no kids. Cocktails. DJ’s And a different them every week!

Meet us at Pier 15. No kids allowed—but you can still act like one. Unplug and play with 700+ interactive exhibits exploring science, art, and perception. Encounter the unexpected with programming that invites you into the worlds of the thinkers and creators changing our communities. Journey through total darkness in our twisting, turning, world-famous Tactile Dome. Get inquisitive and grab a drink. With 75,000 square feet of conversation starters, you'll never run out of things to talk about.
