We are TAILOR MY STAY, LLC and we provide concierge services directly to San Francisco visitors. We also have a partnership with the Hotel Zoe.
Our customer’s right to privacy is our top priority. We have provided the following privacy policy as a means of advising our customers of the types of information we collect on our website and how we use this information. Our aim is to balance our customers’ expectations of privacy, within reason, with our genuine, business-oriented need for information.
Our procedures:

· Partner with third party local businesses who provide highly personal services. We need to share your contact information with them for the same reasons - to communicate effectively and ensure that you have timely access to information regarding the services we recommend for you.
· Your time is everything. We understand that every minute you spend on vacation is precious. Our goal is to take care of planning, provide experiences that make sense for you and your group, and allow you to spend your time in the moment, and not tracking down the next event.

Because our goal is to create a seamless experience-planning service for our guests, it is necessary that we, as a company, collect certain personal information from you. The type of information we collect includes, but is not limited to, name, address, email, credit card details and phone number, plus the dates relevant to planning transportation, tours and other activities.
TAILOR MY STAY LLC is dedicated to ensuring the security of our customer’s personal details and therefore meets legal and commercial standards where online security is concerned.
Any credit card details entered on our website are processed using secure processing gateways such as Square and Stripe and are not stored on our site or on our computers in any way. The contact details submitted by our customers are retained by TAILOR MY STAY, LLC for the purpose of planning your itinerary. You may choose to opt into our email subscription list for future correspondence related to potential travel. Continued contact between TAILOR MY STAY, LLC and its customers is mutually beneficial and is described in detail below (see ‘Email’).
Reservations on our site
Any customer who makes a reservation directly with TAILOR MY STAYLLC (either online or by phone) is required to submit credit card details. It is company policy that we do not accept direct reservations without credit card details that can either be used as a means of payment or as a guarantee of payment.
Once submitted, credit card details are entered into a secure hosting network. As noted above, these details can only be accessed by authorized personnel and for the purpose of receiving payment for the services provided.
Customers will only be charged the amount agreed upon in their reservation, which may include a non-refundable amount to secure a reservation. Any additional charges that may incur will only be charged with the card owners consent. Some booking vendors add additional fees to cover credit card processing; you should be sure to look at the details of your reservation before finalizing your bookings.
* Please note that by agreeing to the terms and conditions when making the original reservation, the customer gives consent to TAILOR MY STAY LLC to collect any cancellation fees that might incur if the customer cancels their reservation.
Third Party Access to Your Information
TAILOR MY STAY, LLC may refer you directly to third party tour operators or service providers. In some instances, we link our site directly with the third party operators. The third party operators will have their own privacy policies and terms of service, which you should review before booking your tickets.
If you book activities or tours through our third party sites, they will collect your name, address, phone number, email and payment information using a secure payment processor.
If we book activities or tours through our third party partners on your behalf, we will share your name, address, phone number and email address. This information is required for the partners to send you confirmation notices and other relevant information to your tour.
We do not otherwise share your information individually or as part of an aggregate mailing list with other parties. We will never sell your personal data.
When a customer makes a reservation with TAILOR MY STAY, LLC they will be required to give a valid email address. We hold the email address so that we may send itinerary details or confirmations notices, and so we may contact you if there are any changes to your itinerary. Our confirmation emails not only detail the confirmation number and the times and dates relevant to the customers’ reservation, they also give important details regarding appropriate attire, directions and other helpful information where applicable.
The email address and contact information will also be shared to the third party vendor hosting the tours or events we have booked for you. They will use your email address to notify you with details pertinent to your excursion.
For customers who subscribe to our newsletter, we may use these email addresses to inform our customers of future promotions as we like to keep our customers updated with the services we provide. Customers will always have the option to ‘opt-out’ of these further email services and can do so by clicking the link ‘click here to unsubscribe’ found in the email correspondence. We despise junk mail and we only want to send you information that is helpful to your travel planning.
When a customer books a reservation through our third party partners, they may also retain the email address for future promotions. These third party vendors should also provide an “opt out” to their mailing lists; please be careful to note these options when purchasing through their sites.
TAILOR MY STAY, LLC reserves the right to collect the email address, phone number, and any other data entered in by customers who communicate or contact us via email, forms, or any other online means where potential customers enter in their information. The information collected is used to contact potential customers in the event of not completing a reservation, improve our web pages, marketing, product notices & updates, and the quality of our service.
TAILOR MY STAY, LLC will not sell or share our mailing lists with any entity not specifically providing service to the guest.
Compliance with Law
Under the rare circumstance that a customer’s personal details would be required by law, TAILOR MY STAY, LLC would be obligated to release this personal information. The conditions under which disclosure of a customer’s personal information would be deemed necessary include, but are not limited to, the following: if the information is required by a law enforcement agency; if the information is required by court order; if the information is deemed necessary through the process of litigation.
We may also release a customer’s personal details if it is deemed necessary in order to implement a contractual agreement between ourselves and the customer; to help one of our affiliates implement a contractual agreement between themselves and a customer; or to protect our staff, other customers or business affiliates.
Further to this, TAILOR MY STAY LLC is situated in the San Francisco Bay Area, California, but our website can be accessed from all 50 states and in numerous countries all over the world. Whilst we acknowledge that the law will differ at the several locations from which our website can be accessed, customers of the TAILOR MY STAY LLC’ website agree to be governed in all matters and dealings regarding the website, by the governing law of the State of California.
